Reservations: Please use to make your reservation, 20% is needed to finalize a reservation and is non refundable. Check in / Check out: You may check into the rooms between 3:00 and 6:00 PM and must check out of by 10:00 AM. Should you arrive earlier or wish to leave later let us know and we will try accomodate you. Payment policy: Reservations require a 50% payment by wire tranfer. Bank details will be provided upon booking. Full payment is due in cash upon arrival at i Castagni, we regret but credit cards are not accepted. We do accept travellers checks with 5% bank surcharge. Cancellation policy: 20% is needed for a reservation and is non refundable , 70% of payment up to 15 days before arrival, 100% less then 7 days.
