MINIMUM STAY: 2 NIGHTS - SMALL SIZED DOMESTIC ANIMALS ACCEPTED

1- Electricity, water and gas
2- Heating
3- Linen
4- Sheets replaced every 6 nights
5- Towels replaced every 3 days
6- Use of the washing and ironing room (limited to guests staying
more than 4 days)
7- Use of the swimming pool
8- Parking
9- Final apartment cleaning

GENERAL CONDITIONS
- Down payment of 20 % by Bank Transfer (account detail will be provided
at the appropriate time)
- Down payment is refundable up to 15 days before the arrival
- The remaining sum of 80 % will be payed at the arrival. WE DO NOT
HAVE CREDIT CARD PAYMENT
- Deposit of 150 euro, returnable at your departure ( limited to clients
staying in the appartments for more than 2 nigths)
